Summer 2026 · A one-on-one Odyssey
This summer, your child finds their voice
TalkMaze summers are one-on-one. Your child gets their own coach, works through our Odyssey program at their own pace, climbs from Explorer toward Legend, and steps onto a live Showcase stage before the school year starts.

How a TalkMaze summer runs
Four moves, all summer long
Meet your coach
Start with a free 30-minute assessment. A coach meets your child one-on-one, gauges where they are, and we hand-match the coach who fits their goals and personality.
Weekly sessions, all theirs
Every session is your child and their coach, so they do all the talking and get feedback on every attempt. Sessions can be recorded, so they replay their own delivery and improve faster.
Climb the ranks, earn Miles
This is the Odyssey. Your child moves up through the levels and earns Miles for the work they put in, so a summer of practice turns into visible progress they can feel.
Take the Showcase stage
Skills stick when they are used. Over the summer your child performs to a real, friendly audience at a live TalkMaze Showcase, so confidence carries straight into the school year.

What your child works on
Not sure where to start? The free assessment finds the right fit for your child.
Confidence and stage presence
For the quiet ones. Gentle, private steps that turn nerves into comfort in front of any audience.
Public speaking
A clear structure, strong delivery, and speaking on the spot. The foundation everything else stands on.
Debate and quick thinking
Build a case, defend it under pressure, and think fast in the back-and-forth. For the kids who love to argue a point.
Storytelling and creativity
Expression, imagination, and presence built through the stories your child already loves to tell.
Interview and competition prep
Real stakes ahead. Mock interviews, presentations, and tournament coaching aimed at a date that matters.
The Odyssey

Every child starts as an Explorer. Summer is a great stretch to reach the next rank, with Miles and passport stamps marking the progress along the way.

Why summer
The one season with no grade attached
Room to try and stumble
With no presentation looming and no grade on the line, a child can take real risks with their voice. That is when the biggest jumps in confidence happen.
A real run at a habit
A weekly session from now through August is enough for speaking up to start feeling normal. Your child walks into the fall a level higher than they left the spring.
TalkMaze is an online communication academy offering 1-on-1 public speaking and debate coaching for kids ages 5 to 17. Founder Ghalia Aamer is a national debate competitor, TEDx speaker, and Princess Diana Award recipient, and every coach is trained on the method she built.

Questions, answered
Summer, answered
Is this an actual camp?
It is a summer of personal, one-on-one online coaching, not a group camp. Every session is just your child and their coach. The one moment they share a stage is the live Showcase, where they perform for a friendly audience.
What ages do you coach over the summer?
Kids ages 5 to 17. Younger kids start with playful confidence and storytelling; older students take on presentations, debate, interviews, and competition. The assessment finds the right starting point.
How many sessions a week make sense in summer?
One or two a week is plenty to build a real habit and climb a level or two before fall. Kids chasing a competition or a bigger goal can add more.
My child is nervous about speaking. Is summer a good time to start?
It is the best time. With no graded presentation hanging over them, a shy child can try, stumble, and grow with zero pressure. One-on-one with a patient coach is exactly how nerves turn into comfort.
We travel over the summer. Can we still do it?
Yes. Coaching is fully online and reschedules easily, so sessions happen from anywhere with a laptop. Your child keeps their momentum even on vacation.
What are Ranks, Miles, and the Showcase?
They are how the Odyssey program makes progress visible. Ranks are the levels from Explorer to Legend, Miles are earned for the work your child does, and a Showcase is a live event where they perform for a real audience.
