What makes it work
One structure to rely on
Say your answer, give two reasons, wrap it up. Your child leaves the first sessions with a framework they can use for any speech.
Delivery basics, demystified
Loud enough, slow enough, pause after the important part. We turn “be confident” into a short checklist a beginner can actually do.
A patient, encouraging start
No cold calls, no crowd. Just a coach who makes the first attempts feel easy and celebrates the effort.
TalkMaze is an online communication academy offering 1-on-1 public speaking and debate coaching for kids ages 5 to 17.
Founder Ghalia Aamer is a national debate competitor, TEDx speaker, and Princess Diana Award recipient, and every coach is trained on the method she built.
“My daughter in grade 6 just started with TalkMaze. The first 4 sessions have been very organized.”

Frequently asked questions
My child has never spoken in front of anyone. Where do you start?
We start with a simple, repeatable speech structure and low-pressure practice, one-on-one. Beginners get comfortable thinking and talking at the same time before we add any polish.
Do they need to prepare anything?
Nothing. Bring your child’s curiosity, and the coach supplies the prompts, the structure, and the encouragement. The first session is a free assessment.
Is there a “too young” to begin?
Kids as young as 5 can start with fun, short prompts. The approach scales up with age, so there is a sensible entry point at every level.
