The following terms apply specifically to participants in the TalkMaze Odyssey Program. Where these terms conflict with the general Terms of Service above, these Odyssey-specific terms supersede the general terms for Odyssey enrollees.
The TalkMaze Odyssey Program (“Program”) is a live coaching program designed for children ages 5 to 17. Participants work through a gamified public speaking curriculum with structured skill-building activities. Coaching sessions are approximately 30 to 40 minutes long, depending on the student's level and pace.
Enrollment in the Program requires the consent of a parent or legal guardian. All communications, payments, and agreements must be handled by an authorized adult on behalf of the child participant.
The Program fee is based on the selected package as agreed upon in writing.
Payment is due in full at the time of enrollment unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. Access to coaching sessions will not be confirmed until payment has been successfully processed.
As part of our satisfaction guarantee, participants who cancel within the first 4 weeks of enrollment may receive a prorated refund for any unused classes. After the first 4 weeks, all sales are final. Due to the personalized and limited-capacity nature of the Program, no refunds, partial or full, will be issued beyond this initial period.
Participants are responsible for attending scheduled coaching sessions. Rescheduling requests must be made at least 48 hours in advance. Missed sessions without proper notice may be forfeited at the coach's discretion.
12 session packages must be completed within 4 months of enrollment. 24 session packages must be completed within 8 months of enrollment. 48 session packages must be completed within 14 months of enrollment.
Unused sessions after the applicable time period will be forfeited.
The Program is educational and developmental in nature. It does not constitute therapy, counseling, or psychological treatment. Participant progress may vary based on effort, participation, and practice.
All materials provided during the Program, including activities, feedback, and curriculum outlines, are the intellectual property of TalkMaze Inc. and are intended solely for personal use by the participant. Materials may not be shared, reproduced, or distributed without express written permission.
TalkMaze Inc. is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from participation in the Program. By enrolling, parents/guardians acknowledge and accept all inherent risks on behalf of their child.
While the Odyssey Program is designed to help participants build public speaking and communication skills, TalkMaze Inc. makes no guarantees or warranties, express or implied, regarding specific results, outcomes, or improvements. Progress depends on individual effort, participation, and external factors beyond the coach's control.
By enrolling, parents/guardians consent to the recording of coaching sessions for quality assurance, training, and AI-powered summary generation. Recordings may be processed using secure artificial intelligence tools to automatically generate summaries for internal review, progress tracking, and program improvement.
Parents/guardians also grant TalkMaze Inc. the right to use the child's name, photo, video recordings, and testimonials in marketing materials, websites, and promotional content without compensation. These promotional uses are distinct from internal recordings described above. Consent for promotional use may be withdrawn at any time by submitting a written request.
TalkMaze Inc. reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any updates will be communicated in writing to enrolled participants.

TalkMaze Inc. may assign, transfer, or novate this Agreement, in whole or in part, to a successor entity, including a newly formed affiliated or successor company incorporated in another jurisdiction (including the United States), without requiring additional consent from the parent or legal guardian.
In the event of such assignment or transfer, all rights, obligations, payments, session credits, and program commitments under this Agreement shall continue uninterrupted and shall be honored by the successor entity.
The parent or legal guardian agrees that continued participation in the Program following notice of such assignment constitutes acceptance of the transfer.
By enrolling in the TalkMaze Odyssey Program, the parent or legal guardian acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Conditions on behalf of the participating child.
