Student Commitment Policy
Students enrolled in TalkMaze are expected to adhere to the following policies and commitments:
Refund Policy:
• We offer prorated refunds if you cancel your initial purchase within 4 weeks. No refunds are provided afterwards. We require 4 weeks notice to cancel upcoming renewals.
Class Rescheduling and Cancellation:
• Students must reschedule or cancel classes at least 48 hours in advance by contacting their coach.
• Failure to cancel or reschedule within 48 hours followed by a no-show will result in no makeup class and a $15 no-show fee.
Communication:
• Students are required to promptly respond to email and message requests from their coach within 48 hours.
Commitment:
• Arrive on time to scheduled classes.
• Stay engaged and attentive in every class.
• Complete activities to the best of their ability in every class.
• Communicate and work with their coach respectfully.
• Make the most out of the experience to reach their communication goals.
• Seek and sign up for opportunities to continue to expand their skills and learnings.
Compliance and Behavior:
• Failure to abide by these policies may result in removal from the program without any refunds.
